Chef Timothy Plumb brings
to The Summit House 25 years of restaurant experience. Chef Timothy
was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and graduated from the Culinary Institute
of America, New York in 1978. While in Milwaukee Chef Tim worked as
a Cook and then Chef, being exposed to many classically prepared ethnic
cuisine's.
He has worked in some of
the finer restaurants and hotels in the United States and has been recognized
by the Epicurean Society, the Platter Award, Southern California Restaurant
Writers Gold and Sterling Silver Awards and also recognized by the Zagat
Survey.
At The Summit House Chef
Timothy has been able to use his creative skills to give you, the customer,
a great dining experience. He enjoys creating, preparing and eating
all kinds of foods, but, leans towards classical presentations.
He stresses consistency,
taste and eye appeal and feels that is what keeps our regular customers
coming back and why we continue to make new friends.
